Except that's not how stats work. You can't just breed a level 100 to get high stats on a baby Pokémon. Also, items like Protein and Carbos raise EVs, despite it saying it raises Base Stats.

Okay. How I was able to get my dragonites stats that high is very easy to explain. I searched a very long time for the strongest ditto I could find and I raised it to a level 100. I found a dratini and raised it to a dragonite. I stuck the 2 in a day care and boom, baby dratini. Over the course of 100 babies, I wouls use things like protein and carbos as soon as I got them. Over the course of time, their stats steadily went up and I found each dragonite was better than the last. I now have the dragonite I talked about earlier.

Well then explain it and how the stats came to be.
