You've changed it to 4th Gen Little Cup. Make sure that your team has NO Gen V moves or abilities, and that all your Pokémon are suitable for OU.

I think I know what's wrong.
At the top of the server go to Tiers > 4th Gen and make sure that OverUsed Gen 4 is ticked.

What, where it says that your team is invalid? I've had that once before... Make sure that there's nothing from Gen V in your team, and that you're playing on OU.
