Unexpected Internet people in unexpected places

I had a good shock when I noticed that a Pokémon forumgoer somehow, unknown to me, has written apps for Windows Phone and the next mention of his user name after months of leaving said other forum is on the Windows Phone Marketplace's registered developers. Sure enough that pulled me back in

Anything you encountered like this?

I met prguitarman back in January 2006 on an Animal Crossing: Wild World forum, back when hackers started making the game no fun. His game was almost corrupted by one, in fact, but he got lucky because someone else showed him the hacking attempt before the game auto-saved.

Now, I'm sure most of us know what prguitarman is most famous for.

Not sure sure if to many people know this but Serebii Joe is a decedent of the elephant man.

In fact most of his name is actually shared with him and he even appeared on a documentary about him on the BBC.

Arin Hanson, known widely as Egoraptor who does the Awesome series and Girlchan in Paradise, was in Marvel Ultimate Alliance. He played Bruce Banner (Yes, THE Hulk[But no, not actually the hulked out Hulk.])

Japanese musician Hyadain, known for remixing the songs from Mega Man 2 and the Final Fantasy series, is actually a famous anime song composer. He made the opening to Baka and Test, One Piece (11th), and a few others I have never heard of.

Hm? I think I'm a bit curious about this.

On the other hand, the Pokémon forumgoer I've mentioned... now works at Microsoft. Hmm... Small world.
