Bikutini (Victini): New on Pokémon Sunday
 

Bikutini (or Victini), a new monster, was revealed today on Pokémon Sunday. It's listed as #0 in the Isshu Pokédex. Fans of previous games may notice that this number is also that of MissingNo.

It's one of the cutest Pokemon I've ever seen.

What a letdown. >:l No new shots of Desukaan, no pre-evs of Desukaan, and the same lame screens we've been seeing for the last few episodes.

The #0 thing is... puzzling, to say the least, but the monster is really cute! ^_^

Though... in other regional 'dexes, don't the starters usually kick off the numbering system? Perhaps we're seeing some kind of new, unbelievably powerful legendary that takes the guise of a cute little critter.

Its probably not in the Isshu dex like most of Sinnoh's legendaries weren't in Diamond and Pearl. You probably can't get it until you beat the Elite Four and get the National Dex.

(This would prove its legendary status.)

hmm #0, must be part of the national pokédex mode. it looks good, probably weaker than most preferred pokémon, but don't judge a book by its cover.

well, this is a first, i probably won't be use it, but I'll cope with it.

The #000 dex entry is strange and doesn't make much sense to me, but the Pokémon itself is very cute. However, I would have preferred it not to be a legendary because it seems like it will be weak. I hope I'm wrong though.

Id have to say thats my favorite pokemon from the 5th gen. so far.

I'm not entirely sure, but Victini sounds like Latin to me. :? Then again, that's Bulbapedia's "let's be contrary!" Romanization.

Rankurusu gets Dizzy Punch? Weird.

It has been confirmed that this is a legendary. It has the same role as Mew, Celebi, Jirachi, Manaphy & Shaymin. I hope it becomes the first Normal legendary Pokémon.

But it's pretty cute. I'm guessing it's the Fifth Genreation's version of Mew/Celebi/Jirachi/Manaphy/Shaymin.

It is the regions Mew/Celebi/Jirachi/Manphy. Those are EVENT pokemon. It has been confirmed that this pokemon is only obtainable via events. But aren't event pokemon usualyy last in the pokedex? Not even before the first?

Yeah, right. I forgot about him, but seriously, Regigigas isn't used much, so I hope this one is good in battles.

It has been confirmed by Serebii that Victini's type is fire/psychic and its ability is Victory Star.

OK, does that remind anyone else of Lucky Star? Anyone?

Now that you've mentioned it, I'll think of it every time I see Victory Star. Either that or Victory Road.

I am definitely happy to see another unique aspect of Victini (its typing, that is), although it might have a lot of weaknesses due to that.
Also, I think Victini should become Victory Road's new mascot since they both go along pretty well.
