Dark was fuming at the beginning of the round. How could he miss, and then do almost nothing?! It made him mad... so mad that an orange energy came around him. He found it to give him a ton of power, so he fired it at Voltiger. It struck, leaving Voltiger stuggling to stand. Finally, a hit that packed a punch! Dark realized that he still had much rage left in him. Dark then felt crippled for some reason. What had happened?

Voltiger was stunned by his foe's power. It was a long time since he had experienced it. Freezing the air around him, Voltiger ran to Dark. As he neared Dark, he knew this would work well. Jumping onto Dark, Voltiger chomped on Dark, freezing him from the inside out. Dark, incased in a shell, didn't like this, and broke it instantly.

Dark, who was chilled from his recent icy experience, was angry again. How could something so tiny do so much? It enfuriated him, and it showed. That telltale orange energy told Voltiger to run. He did, but Dark had fired it, and it struck. Tumbling around, he felt weaker than ever. However, Dark had stressed himself too much, and now didn't know which way was which!

Voltiger got up slowly, but saw Dark seemingly fighting with himself! Now was his chance for a big hit! He went for the kill, absorbing pure cold into his teeth. Running at Dark, Voltiger hoped that he wouldn't be seen. Dark didn't even see it coming. Dark felt a sharp stabbing pain in his side, and realized that there was a pest on him! He keeled over, paralyzed with pain. This Hydreigon wasn't going down, though, because he got right back up.
