I don't think I have seen such CAPTCHA fail XD Did you just type a 3 for the latter or skipped it? (Many CAPTCHA tests allow people to skip the less clear one by the way of accepting anything and blanks)

First five are mathematical (respectively: angular velocity times initial mass, change of specific gravity, not sure, modal logic stating the necessary possibility of A, and micrometers), next one is too blurred, and the last one is funny.

Oh god I don't have screenshots but two noteworthy ones I've had were "umbrella corporation" and "fuzzy wuzzy". XD
