I don't think I have seen such CAPTCHA fail XD Did you just type a 3 for the latter or skipped it? (Many CAPTCHA tests allow people to skip the less clear one by the way of accepting anything and blanks)

At some point, some engineer will be looking up and down his computer for that image, only to not know that he accidentally put it in the CAPTCHA database...

First five are mathematical (respectively: angular velocity times initial mass, change of specific gravity, not sure, modal logic stating the necessary possibility of A, and micrometers), next one is too blurred, and the last one is funny.
