I can't believe I never realized the "reference" at the intersection of Equestrian and Magic in Henderson. Yes, this actually exists at 36.0128, -114.9408.
And here's Applejack Ct. at 36.0059, -114.9356. There's also a Rarity Ave. in Henderson, a Rainbow Dr. in Henderson, a Twilight Sparkle St. in Las Vegas, and a Celestial Ave. in Las Vegas. While we're at it, there's also a Victory Rd. in Henderson.

Seems Applejack Street exists in Grand Theft Auto IV. It can be found running across Bohan.
