Usually 85°F (30°C) is where it starts to feel hot, and 50°F (10°C) is where it starts to feel cold. It varies by season, but I blame the climate for making my thresholds high. Thankfully, I adjust well, so if I move to a colder climate, I should be able to stand the weather within a month or two.

No, but I attempted it with hatching, until I found it was easier to just stick around Route 3 and constantly deposit useless eggs while getting new ones.
