Bad luck in Scrabble
I had three U's (only 4 in the game) and two I's, the other U was on the board (in a tough-to-reach place), and another player had the Q.

Five I's?! Wow...Good thing you can use your turn to toss some of your letters in the bag and draw some new ones, unless the bag is empty.

Each turn, you play a few tiles on the board (or pass) to form a word. After that, you draw new tiles from a bag. When the bag is empty and all active players pass, the game ends. (People that use all their tiles after the bag is empty are not active.)
