Typography and Motion Type
These are pretty popular on YouTube and some are really well done. Some are done in Flash, others are done in After Effects. I'm mostly interested in how the creator does the audio clip and animate the words. Here are a couple to get us started in discussing them:

My friend has done a couple of these and they've came out pretty well.......except for the audio.
