The official release date has been announced on Pokémon Sunday: September 18, 2010. Additional clips from the games were revealed.
Video credit to Filb.de, upload from AuraKshatriya (Warning: contains Michael Jackson's Black or White at the beginning, which was in the actual airing.) Source: Pokémon Sunday The date was again confirmed in today's Daisuki Club newsletter:

Also, for anyone who`s wondering, right before the Pokemon Black and White footage was shown, the narrator said "Pocket Monster.....kakusei", which means
"Pokemon.....awaken", or "Pokemon.....the awakening", depending on one interprets "kakusei". (Note that "Pokemon" is short for "Pocket Monster") Last edited by AuraKshatriya; June 26, 2010 at 04:46:14 PM. |

I noticed the person opening his eyes was followed by an evil looking person wearing the same uniform. I'm guessing those 2 are from Team Plasma. The second guy was probably and admin or the boss. The person with green hair talking in a cutscene near 0:53 is standing in front of a ferris wheel. A major cutscene will take place at the carnival The green haired guy also says "pokuha chyanpiono koeru." From my limited understanding of Japanese, it kind out sounds like Pokemon Champion come (command). Koeru means come right? Correct me if I'm wrong. These are just mere observations based on information I have gathered and must be taken with a grain of salt just like any other predictions.
Whoops I misread. It says bokuha chyampiono koeru not pokuha. In that case, the meaning changes to I will come/become the champion or something along the lines of that. Last edited by Yoshi648; June 26, 2010 at 06:19:51 PM. |

Heh, so we're getting a totally new game only 6 months after a remake? That wins.

This is only the Japanese release date, right? Geesh, we have to wait half a year to get them in English.

If you start counting from now, it will be taking 10 months as an estimate.

That's great. We'll be able to get more videos/pictures of the games when they come out in Japan.
